Founders
Vincenzo Fortunato
Prof. Avv. Vincenzo Fortunato graduated with honours in Law from "La Sapienza" University of Rome. He is a Law Professor at the National School of Administration (SNA)
Since 2013 he has been enrolled in the Register of Cassation Lawyers of Rome as well as in the special register of lawyers authorized to practice before the superior magistrates.
He regularly deals with competition, administrative, civil, corporate, and state aid litigations. He has been involved in a large number of litigations regarding public tenders, concessions, access, transparency, anti-corruption and anti-mafia. In civil matters, he has been involved in real estate funds (fund regulations, institution, sales support) for corporate debt restructuring, debt collection, damages compensation and corporate law.
In his long career he has acted twice as Head of Cabinet and coordinator of the legislative offices of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he directly oversaw the drafting of all regulatory texts and general administrative acts with effects on the public finance.
Fabrizio Criscuolo
Prof. Avv. Fabrizio Criscuolo graduated with honours in Law from "La Sapienza" University of Rome. He is now a professor at the same university.
He has over 30 years of professional experience. He is an expert in arbitration and litigation, having regularly participated as both counsel and arbitrator in complex proceedings, with a particular focus on public works.
He oversaw privatization procedures of publicly operating companies, local and national services, acquiring in-depth knowledge of the energy, transport and aqueducts sectors. He supervised the placement of public and private companies on the stock exchange, in close contact with the major corporate consultancy firms operating in Italy.
He also has extensive experience in the field of bankruptcy law, having been, among other things, a consultant to the bicameral investigation commission on the failure of the Italian Federation of Agricultural Consortia. He participated as a speaker at numerous conferences on the reform of bankruptcy law and having held the role of procedural defense lawyer on behalf of numerous Courts.
He is currently member of the scientific committee of the "Rivista dell’arbitrato” (Arbitration Journal) and of the national scientific committee of the "Rassegna di diritto civile".
